The Employment Support Service (ESS) can run your monthly payroll, pay your Personal Assistants and HMRC (Inland Revenue) providing we hold your Personal Budget in our dedicated client account. We will also ensure that all HMRC end of year legal requirements are met. ESS Payroll Service Benefits

*If you hold your own funds you will need to pay your PAs the NET pay in the bottom right hand corner of the payslip and also pay the Inland Revenue the amount which we will advise you. Financial Administration Service (FAS) The Financial Administration Service can support you to manage your Personal Budget and complete your financial monitoring accounts as required by the Finance team at Social Services. Our team have many years of financial experience and can offer a fast, accurate and reliable service which will take the pressure off you. Benefits of using the Financial Administration Service are:
There are two options depending on how much involvement you want: Option 1 The ESS can hold all the funds in our dedicated client bank account, make all payments on your behalf (including PA salaries and inland revenue) and submit your monitoring accounts to the Finance Team at Social Services. For current charges please contact SIL on 01432 353397 Option 2 You manage the funds in your own bank account, you will need to provide the FAS with bank statements, cheque books (which we will pass straight back to you by return once we have the details), remittance advices for your direct payment / Personal Budget. Also any other invoices and receipts (in fact any payment or receipt which relates to your funding). For current charges please contact SIL on 01432 353397 We also provide the service to individuals who do not receive local authority funding.
