Current vacancies

We are currently recruiting a team of Female Support Workers to provide proactive support to enable a young woman with learning disabilities in the Cwm and Blackwood area. You will have experience of supporting people with learning disabilities, be able to drive and be available to work flexible hours alongside family carers to encourage and maintain independence at home and in the community.  

Variable split shifts worked as part of a rota over a 7 day week. £7.48 per hour.

We are currently recruiting Female Support Workers (full or part time) to proactively enable the independence in her own home of an older woman in the Ledbury area. You will be a car driver who is available to work flexible hours as part of a team over a 7 day working week. You will support all aspects of daily living as well as physio exercises and some personal care.  

Hours based on 7am -2pm and 6pm – 11pm with the requirement for adjustment as required.  £7.48 per hour.

Due to expansion we are recruiting Female SUPPORT WORKERS to work on a one to one basis with individuals in Herefordshire:

Responsible for providing support to service users in order to maximise their independence in the community, aid rehabilitation and avoid admission to residential services.

  •      Hourly rate £7.44 per hour.

  •      Additional sleep-in allowance: from £29.00 per sleep in       

  •      24 hours shift rates from £118.25         

  •      Location: Herefordshire and the surrounding areas       

  •      Hours required are to be worked over a 7 day week This post is subject to the sex discrimination act section 7 (2b)
