Support Brokerage
If you have an individualised budget from 'In Control', you may need help to plan your own support.
Relief Support Scheme
The Support Insurance Scheme is a new service set up by the Independent Living Service which is intended to meet the needs of disabled people who for various reasons, find themselves without the support and who need an interim support plan.

These services are funded by a mix of contracts, grants and fees.

Our support is tailored to you; we provide as much or as little support as you need. We work with you so that you stay in control of all decisions. If you need (or prefer) a family member or friend to help you with this we will work with them too.

We are committed to providing quality services. HCIL has the Investors in People recognition; we have achieved Aqua accreditation (a Herefordshire quality mark) and also uses Practical Quality Assurance System for Small Charities’ (PQASSO) to assess and improve services.
