Training for your PAs back
If you choose to employ a Personal Assistant (PA) you should consider the training needs of your PA. You receive monies as part of the Direct Payment to pay for the training of your PA. You may wish to organise the training courses yourself. There is however the option to give the training aspect of the annual lump sum to the DPSS who will arrange and notify you of any up and coming courses.
We have examples below of a number of training courses available. A brochure listing the training courses is currently available.
